We are interested in this assessment because it helps an organization obtain the maximum benefit from their staff. We conduct research into the skills needed to execute the tasks of an organization and then juxtapose it with that of the staff. If there are any gaps that are affecting productivity we suggest and facilitate training to remedy the situation.
